Neuromodulators (Botox, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Dysport) are made to treat the lines we get when we make facial expressions, such as the forehead, 11s, crow’s feet, and more! They can also treat TMJ, migraines, tremors, provide facial slimming, help “chicken skin” appearance, lip lines, tech neck lines, and underarm sweating.
Botox
Avoid laying down for 4 hours after your treatment and heavy exercise/lifting for 24 hours. Avoid alcohol, sweating, and excessive heat (hot yoga, sauna, hot tub, sitting at a 100 degree ballgame) for 24 hours. Avoid any other face treatments for 2 weeks.
What do I need to do/avoid after my treatment?
This could be for a number of reasons. Inadequate dosing, zinc deficiency, not waiting long enough between appointments, aging, fast metabolism, Covid, or resistance. Work with your injector to talk about your individualized needs!
My tox isn’t lasting very long. Why?

Filler
While we recognize some places do this, you are paying for a service, not a product! When we price our filler, we think about our training, safety, cost of product, cost of keeping the lights on, etc. We also have to consider facial balancing when injecting, so we never want to underdose and leave you looking unbalanced.
This is where a great consultation comes into play! We can do a lot with only 1 syringe, but needs will vary depending on your anatomy and wishes. Schedule a free consult to chat about your individualized plan!
How do I know how many syringes I need?
While we see a lot of scary images in the media, do not fear! We are all about you looking natural and real. 1 syringe of filler is 1/30th of an ounce! The images you see are 10+ syringes of filler in the face. We will make sure you are comfortable with our plan before we inject anything. This is about you and your wants!

RF microneedling combines traditional microneedling with radiofrequency energy. The needles deliver RF energy deep into the skin, heating the tissue and further stimulating collagen and elastin production at a deeper level. It is particularly effective for skin tightening, improving skin laxity, and addressing deeper wrinkles and scars. It can also promote volume loss in places we want less volume, such as jowls and double chin.
Exion and Morpheus8 RF Microneedling
In a head to head study done with twins, one getting RF microneedling and the other not, the twin who received it aged much slower over time than the twin who did not. Typically people can start seeing some form of results in 4-6 weeks, but can continue over months after your last treatment. The recommended protocol is 3 sessions 4-6 weeks apart.
How long does it take to see results and how long do they last?
Everybody is different. If you have more reactive skin, you may notice redness and swelling for up to a week. On the body, you may have some discoloration for a few months. Some people notice an improvement in 24-48 hours. We ask that you do not apply makeup for 48 hours after your treatment and avoid retinols and exfoliants for at least 1 week, depending on your healing time.
What is the downtime?
We provide topical numbing medicine to be applied 60-90 minutes prior to your appointment. We also advise that if you are medically able, to take 2 extra strength acetaminophen 90 minutes prior to your appointment. Exion has technology that has improved the pain level, and many can do it without numbing medication!

Sculptra is a “biostimulator” injectable that dissolves over the course of 5 days. It helps you stimulate your own natural collagen production to help lax, sagging skin, fine lines/wrinkles and loss of facial volume. It restores your facial structure and gives the skin amazing glow, lift, and tightness!
Sculptra
During a Sculptra treatment, we use a cannula for ease of injection, less bruising, and less pain. We also use a topical and injectable anesthetic for comfort as well! After the treatment, we will massage the product into your face. You will repeat this massage at home for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days (5 x 5 x 5). There could be some mild soreness and bruising, so don’t do this the week of a big event! Some people do notice more facial volume for 24-48 hours as well before the liquid dissolves.
What is the treatment and recovery like?
Absolutely! While Sculptra is more of a marathon, filler is the sprint. It will give you instant gratification while your Sculptra is working. While we can do these at the same session, we do recommend waiting 1-2 weeks after Sculptra for filler.
Can I do this AND filler?
No! Sculptra dissolves over 5 days but the effects are progressive over time, lasting years. Yearly maintenance is recommended.

This technique is great for collagen production, fine lines/wrinkles, skin brightening, acne scars, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, skin resurfacing, and general skin health/anti-aging!
Microneedling
You will have topical numbing medicine applied so there is minimal discomfort. Many people sleep and feel greatly relaxed during their treatment!
RF microneedling has the added benefit of radiofrequency, which can help with tightening of the skin, volume loss in areas where we don’t want volume (jowls, under the chin, etc.) and further stimulates collagen and elastin by being able to penetrate deeper skin layers.
How is this different from RF microneedling?
You may be red for 24-48 hours. We encourage you to not resume normal skincare or wear makeup for 24 hours after your session.
